I quit watching The Ghost Whisperer after a few seasons back but I still watch and enjoy Medium, so paranormal stuff doesn't disqualify an otherwise entertaining show. Yes, but that was the basis of it. I could imagine them explaining that one to the the judge, especially the part about how they used the "past life regression" of an addict to break in to a lawyer's office to find evidence without a warrant. Regardless of what the tape showed it would have been thrown out immediately (and they probably would have been arrested for breaking and entering besides).
I never even made it to the second episode.
