PB6100 and upgrade from X1?

Has anyone out there seen both of these projectors? There is not much information that helps me in the numerous threads about this projector. I bought the X1 last year during the rebate and like it a lot but would love to have something a little brighter and with longer throw.

The X1 is rated at 1100 lumens but in film mode that drops by over half. I would guess that the same holds true of the 6100.

The X1 rated contrast is 2000:1 but in film mode it drops by almost half with the clear segment turned off, same true of the 6100?

If there is a link to a full review that I have missed please post it.

Thanks.

Whenever you upgrade its pretty silly to "upgrade" to something with the same resolution. Buy a Dell 3200 or the BenQ 6200 with free bulb if you are going to upgrade. I used to have an X1 and upgrade to the Dell then returned since I need something with more light to the PB 7200. The colors arn't that great but its bright and has a short throw perfect for me. I really enjoyed the X1 colors but I'd take worse colors over resolution any day.
