I'm trying to figure out the cheapest and best way to accomplish distributing a power point presentation to multiple LCD TVs. I'm hoping I can get some input on what I've come up with.

I plan on outputting s-video from a PC into a RF-modulator. I will then run coax to several different locations using splitters and amplifiers as necessary. Will this solution work well considering they are HDTVs?

If anyone else can chime in with some input, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have to implement a solution soon and want to make sure my method would be fine.

@video321 How big of font are you talking about? 12 point will be unreadable on the TV?

Depends on the text size, the quality of the modulator, etc... If it is powerpoint and normal presentation fonts, it should be clear enough. Channel plus makes a good modulator - or my company also makes one that includes a wireless remote that would let you change slides etc...

Exactly.

Screen size will matter as well. Why not connect the S-Vid to one of the TVs, see how it looks and know when going through the modulator it will take another hit in quality. Then judge for yourself.
