My "home theater" is more of a hybrid theater/family room and less of a dedicated theater. That said, I've been looking for some kind of sectional that provides a semi-Berkline seating experience, while also being a regular sectional.

Last night I came across what appears to be my solution. It's from a company called "PeopLoungers". The sectional contains two adjacent recliners with armrests that are then connnected to the rest of the sectional.

I've included a link to a picture below. Excuse the color and the fabric -- the unit I saw last night was considerably larger, totally leather and looked absolutely stunning. The sectional in this picture doesn't do justice to the one I saw last night so... use your imagination. Also, the woman in the picture doesn't have an armrest to her left. The unit I saw provide a large armrest there.

So my question for the forum is, is anyone familiar with this company? If so, what's your take on comfort, quality and value?

Is anyone familiar with similar sectionals that provide adjacent recliners with armrests, while being tied to a large sectional? I'd like to get a feel for what else is out there. Thx!

I throughly enjoy my dual recliner love seat. The quality is pretty good. my side is broken down to comfort level more than the quest spot. If two people regularly view at the same time, it will evenly settle in.

Well I returned to the store to see if I felt the same way about that "PeopLoungers" sectional and... I didn't.

Found this instead: Jonathan Louis 821 Thunderbird

...sat in both the loveseat and the sofa -- fell completely in love. Most comfortable seating ever.

So, instead of a full sectional, I think I'm going to buy two of the sofas and simply arrange them *like* a sectional.

Anybody have any experience with Jonathon Louis furniture before? From what I can tell, build and quality seem great -- comfort is obviously top-notch.

They also offer regular theater seating -- INCREDIBLY comfortable. Unfortunately for me, these easily fail the WAF ("but we can't cuddle", she says -- I guess I should be thankful she still wants to cuddle...)

OK, after seeing your find, I may just search for them in my area. Your Theater has a very nice design and skillful woodwork.

The sofa and loveseat look a lot like the Rooms To Go sofas in my theatre, and they are very comfortable and have held up fine in my room. Do you have teenagers? or soon to be teenagers? Remember they may be cuddling on those couches soon as well!! May change your wifes mind.
