Not that i know of....

Why ?

Is there a problem ??
yeah i can not get the red tube to square out in the raster.

thanks

binh
Well,

Make sure the rasters are centered first, don`t center it using a picture, center it using the AKB line for reference.

Then display a grid and match the size of the blue and red rasters to the green by moving the deflection yokes slightly forward or backward as needed, then see if things gets easier...........

hi benY. what do you mean use AKB line for reference.

thanks

binh
Hi,

The AKB line covers a full scan, right to left,so center it side to side on the tube face using the mechanical centering magnets, disregard all other indications, use only the AKB line for reference.

After that if the video picture is not centered, use the projector position shift to move the picture sideways within the raster.

For vertical centering you could use a internal grid or even external video signal.

binh,

Do you have a service manual? Have you downloaded the Tinman/Feathers mechanical setup guide? If not, then you can find them in the sticky at the top of the page.
