I purchased a philips 37PF9631D/37 a week ago and for awhile it was fine then i started to constantly lose video (would just go black and only come back if i restart tv)and audio lose(just change channel to fix it but is very annoying)
I'v checked all the connections,and updated the software to most recent(which says it fixes "intermitten loses of video and audio" but didn't for me.
Anyone have any idea whats going on here?
everything seems to be fine,plenty of ventilation,all connections good/firmly connected its driving me insane.
