So I had my 4 year old Philips 42PF9630A/37 die on me last Thursday night. I took it into a repair shop and was told the upper and lower Y buffer boards need to be replaced which will run me around $475. Is it worth it to get this repaired or should I just junk it and get a new TV? If I do get a new TV is there anything I should avoid other than the Panny black level issue? Thanks for the help!
