My 2000-vintage 64PH9905 only specifies 800X600 for the VGA input, plus 480i/p and 1080i as U.S. computer/ATSC/NTSC standards. But I'm fairly sure it'll accept other scan rates and resolutions, such as 540p from a computer into the HD component jacks (electrically equivalent to 1080i). Those variations, and the software needed to achieve them, are detailed in the HTPC forum (FAQ, etc.), and perhaps folks there can help. Needless to say, you want to take care you don't zap a circuit with the wrong signal. -- John
