Hi. Just bought this dvd player, and tried to use the USB port with a memory stick and some downloaded files from stage6. The problem I have is that files marked with 720 x 480 resolution give a message: "video resolution not supported". However I've read in this and other forums that 720 x 480 is supported by the usb port...can someone help me on this? Irregular formats like 720 x 406 played well, but I need 720 x 480 to work, if it is feasible. Thanks!

I would suggest contacting the support team at divx.com. Generally speaking, your device should be able to play back 480p content, so there may be something specific to the files that are giving you trouble. PM me if you need more assistance.
