Tweeter in Dallas had the new Phillips 55" Lcos set on display today.

Unfortunatley, they had a poor SD signal of the UT/ Ark game on and the

picture quality has horrible.


They had it next to a Samsung 56" Dlp, and I did notice that the bars on the sides of the 4:3 picture on the Samsung were jet black and the bars on the Phillips were gray.


I will try to go back tomorrow and see if I can catch a better demo.

I saw the Philips LCoS today at Tweeter. All I can say is that this set is terrible. I posted my mini review on the long Philips thread.
