My Mitsu WS-55315 used to sit all by itself next to a cheap media rack from Ikea

It recently got some love in the form of an entertainment unit.

Question though, each time I attempt to take a pic of either a video game or even paused video - the screen turns out brighter than it actually appears. Any suggestions on picture taking? Thanks!
