It is my first pj, can anyone suggest a BluRay disc that i should watch first? I'm projecting on to a 100 inch screen if that helps.

I'm leaning towards The Dark Knight but I was hoping for other ideas.

perfect choice, 2 aspect ratios provides best of both worlds on the screen...

Follow that with a Pixar flick to get exposed to the beautiful color this projector puts out. (Finding Nemo, Walle, Ants (awesome colors!), Ratatouille (check out the sharpness of the mouse hairs).


For the immersive effect, check out the pod race scene from Star Wars Episode 1 or the liftoff sequence in Appollo 13. Of course both those scenes are best with a great/cranked sound system.



... then pick up the Band of Brothers box set and spend the rainy weekend watching them ALL! haha

Ok so Dark Knight it is, I don't own any Pixar on BRd but that can change. I do have Wall E, Corpse Bride, and The Any Bully though. I'm thinking the colors in Ant Bully could be a great test. I'm also thinking I have to watch Sin City this weekend for a nice contrast test.

Give Transformers a try, its got good colors and good contranst also casino royale I've seen some theater set up using the scene when he gets out of the plane at the bahamas and it looks pretty good. Hope it helps enjoy your new toy.
