picture problem

Are you sure it hasn't tilted to the left?

I recently had to use the tilt control to even out the picture. My F-38310 was leaning to the left, I got to where the tilt is and slid the tilt to the right. It has held that position for 3 days now. I hope that is it, for you don't have to enter the service menu for that.



Just hit menu and each button down until you see the word tilt, that's on my RCA yours may be 'simular' to mine. If your picture is doing anything else then what I described, I have no idea what the work around is for that problem. Good Luck

It means that since you have a WS65869 and it cant be more than 2 mos old you'd better call Mits and have someone authorized to repair it come out and see if everything is ok with your TV. Warrantee will cover it and occasionally a "bad TV" get out of the factory and to the public. Let Mits try and fix it or replace it. Getting into the service menus to adjust something that may not be fixable on this new of a TV is not only a bad idea for someone not trained to do it, but also can void your warrantee.
