Picture setting?

I have xa-2. I know it's recommended to turn on all filters and EE at max when watching sd-dvd. Should I do the same when watching HD disc? thanks.

The enhancement filters ONLY work or function when viewing SD DVD content.


The ONLY one that may work if the certain HD disc allows it, is the EE or Edge Enhancement. Toshiba claims some of the newer authored HD DVD discs will allow the EE to function.


Read pg. 37 in your manual.

I dont know about the filters but the EE only work with HD DVD
