I know this has been covered before, but all my searches were fruitless.

I just got my new Sammy 56" DLP (firmware 302). I'm hooking up a Sammy TS-160 via DVI and all the 4:3 material is shifted offcenter (to the right), and in 16:9 there is a black bar maybe 1" wide on the left side. This seems to occur only on the DVI input.

Is there some setting to tweak to recenter the image?

Answering my own question: I found a thread describing the monitor setup menu of the TS-160 which will help center the image.

I've done this about 3 times already. I marker is about halfway between the center line and the left line. It seems like everytime my TV turns off, I have to readjust the centering again. The picture shows a white line on the left side.
