[Want1394]

Last night, watching a movie on the Pio, suddenly a message flashes in the middle of the screen "Shut down", and I did. So, I wait about 5 minutes, (worried), and turn it on, and everything is fine. Today, it's working just fine. It's about 18 months old and never had a problem.


Anyone seen this? I couldn't find any mention doing a slow search.


Anything I should do? I checked fans and they seem fine.

Was the picture still present when the message came on? When I use the VGA input on my 433CMX, after just a couple of seconds of the PC being off or disconnected, the 433CMX will say something like 'NO SIGNAL DETECTED' then 'POWERING OFF.' An intermittent cable, perhaps?

No, the picture was just fine. This was a black box with message in the picture (bottom of the screen.) Picture stayed fine until I turned unit off, and was fine when I turned it back on. Cables are good BNC component. No problems there.

If it happens again, you might try going in to the Integrator menu to see what it says the internal temperature is.
