Pioneer 45TX won't come out of standby mode

We have been using our 45TX for years w/ no issues. For the the past few years, I've been using a Belkin power conditioner on my AV racks.


This past week, the 45TX has been stuck in Standby mode. They only way to power it on is to unplug power.


Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.
