I am trying to connect my Pioneer DVAX10 to my Pioneer 503 plasma. Unfortunately only the interlaced output will work. Does anyone know how to get the display to accept a progressive input? Thanx

Did you use a component (RGB wires) connection? Only component supports progressive, composite and s-video are interlaced only.

Do you have a card installed (PDA 5002 or anything else)? It wont accept component unless a card is present and I believe you also need to assign it as a component input on the service menu.

You wouldn't even get interlaced video without a 5002 or other card, only VGA input without one.
