Pioneer Elite F-91 tuner,how to program the station presets?

I bought a used Pioneer F-91 tuner, without a manual. I've yet to discover the proper order of button pushing to program the presets for the stations I want to put in memory. It may be quite similar to the newer F-93, so maybe instructions for that model might work too. I've always relied upon the kindness of strangers. Many thanks to anybody who can help unlock the secrets of the mysterious tuner.
