I just received my new Oppo BDP-83 Blu-Ray player and calibrated it to my Pioneer Elite Pro141FD and I am soooo happy! Even my old dvd's from 10 years ago look awesome now. What a difference the right components make. I just finished scanning thru various scenes in Rush Hour 2, Gladiator, Shooter and Iron Man and the colors and flesh tones are really popping. I'm definitely gonna pull out more dvd's tomorrow. I also viewed a Blu-Ray of Inglorious Basterds and that really spoiled me. More to come1
