I'm just curios as to what others opinions might be on this one. I was close to purchasing a Pioneer SD533 some time ago, but waited due to it's lack of a DVI input and because I wanted to check out DLP sets. I like Samsung's DLP RPTVs and am waiting for their HLN567W to come out to see it first hand.

Who would purchase the Pioneer Pro530HD over the HLN567W and vice versa. I know the pros and cons of each, so I don't need any detail on specs, i.e. contrast, burn-in, lifespan, etc. I'm just curious to know what other's would do given the choice of the two.

Thanks for responses.

I'm waiting for the HLN567 too. The one that fits your home and habits has got to be the best one. The only CRT RPTV that my wife thought was attractive was the Elite.

I'm on the verge of getting into HTPC mania so the Samsung is an easy choice.

Samsung = no burn-in

Pioneer = better picture, IMO (some people think DLP looks better)
