I purchased her in 02/09, and I am still astounded by the rich color and her deep black.
But two weeks ago she developed a problem as seen in the pictures attached. You can see a vertical yellow (on white background) or blue stripe (on black background) at the right side. Anyone has seen this before? I already called Norman in Atlanta for service, but what should I make sure the tech do OR don't do?
