I just bought a Pioneer VSX-9040TXH and have run into a few issues...
1. The unit always goes off after first turning it on. I turn the reciever on, then after 3 seconds it goes off again, but after I turn it on a second time it will stay on.
2. My sub doesn't work. I hook it up using an RCA and it passes the MCACC configuration tests. However when I listen to music, it doesn't output any sound and after 30 seconds it starts making a loud clicking sound, that speeds up until I unplug the unit. How can it pass the tests but not work when listening to music/movies?
