Watched the 3D Blu-ray of this today. Had already seen the regular version. Didn't think it deserved the horrible reviews it got (and I'm not an Adam Sandler fan). Although the 3D made the movie more enjoyable to me I found the 3D lacking as seems to be the case with most of the 3D films these days. They could have really pushed it on this one.
Pixels is a blended back 3D experience. From one viewpoint, the 3D impact is really cool. On the other, the picture rudiments fall behind the stellar nature of the 2D-just discharge, which is incorporated into this set. With respect to the 3D experience, fundamental profundity is for the most part solid, less so amid static dialog scenes
