In either case Shrink won't do it. Nero might if you have the full package; I don't know.
I use other free tools for authoring and editing.
If you already have a disc that just needs to repeat, PGCEdit would be a good free way to alter the commands in the IFOs.
You know there is the break-in disc available here? I haven't used it but I believe it plays for 24 hours.
