Adobe upgrades Flash to high definition:

I got promted yesterday to upgrade Flash player on my PC to include HD playback
.

Here is what article says:

"Since H.264 and HE-AAC are open industry standards and already integrated into existing authoring and publishing workflows, content producers can use their existing H.264 material for playback in Adobe Flash Player."

Interesting, if they can do it whay can't we ? A web server serving a page with embedded Flash player mapped to your HD content ? Sounds too good to be true. Imagine possibilities for HD distribution in your house !

Do you think it is possible ? Worth a try ? Or does one need their Adobe Flash Media Server 3 to get this working ?

Davie.
