I am running a P4 2.53Ghz, 640megs RAM, GF4Ti4200, and a Revo.

Now, using WinDVD, I am having problems with certain .ts and .trp files. The audio seems to dropout for half a second at random times...usually at least every 20 seconds.

Any ideas what is going on? I am using SPIDF out to my Yamaha receiver then to my Paradigm speakers.

Revo setting is set to digital output.

DVDs are fine...no dropouts. Some HD movies/clips give me the dropouts and I know they should not.

Is it the Revo? I tried to patch WinDVD but the patch said, "you must have a verison of windvd installed for this update." What the hell?!?!

I am using OEM that came with Revo.

Please help.

Thank you.

Using VLC,

The files play without the dropouts but VLC will then just lock up at random and the Miscrosoft error report comes up.

Any ideas?
