Hi,


While watching TV on my PC I get a very disturbing buzzing sound through the PC speakers. Even the recorded TV shows have the dustrubing audio recorded. (I eventually want to record the TV shows and watch them on the AVel Link Player2).


I am using a Pixel View Play TV Pro - tuner card. The sound card is an M-Audio Revolutions 7.1. The audio-out is connected to the line input of the soundcard.


I am using a stereo cable to connect the TV tuner card and the sound card, while here in India all the channels are Mono on cable.


This problem only occurs with the TV tuner. If I play normal CDs and MP3s, the audio is absolutely crystal clear.


Any ideas how I can eliminate the buzzing sound? Greatly appreciate any help.

Is it possible that the TV tuner card is causing interference in your sound card? If so you may want to move to an external sound card.
