I have a Canon HG20. When I playback my videos on my pc I get alot of motion blur. I am recording in cine, and 24mbs for low light. I convert the files with Corel X3 and playback on my PS3. Is there anything I can do to fix this,, is it my pc software, my camcorder? or PS3?

Well Cine mode wouldn't help as it reduces the frame rate to 24p, and 24mbs doesn't help any for low light. Perhaps the camera is compensating for low light by using a slower shutter speed, which would look blurry in fast motion. If it's neither of these things causing it, it's probably any transcoding you are doing on your computer.
