I recently bought a Yamaha RXV2400 from an online store, however, when the package arrived, the Yamaha box looks like it was opened before.


My YPAO mic. and power cord was missing! When I spoke w/ the vendor they insisted that it is brand new.


Does any one know how to determine if a YAMAHA RXV2400 is brand new or refurbished based on serial number?
