Advice ... use a test disc and follow the instructions to a better image.

There's no such thing as a single set of settings that calibrates a given display model.

A good calibration DVD will cost you $20 (or for free if you look around in the stickies here), and will get you a better picture than copying settings that only work on someone else's display.
