Hi.

I’m asking big experts of this great forum to help me out with the problem. I purchase the brand new Philips 55PP9701. It worked great for 1 day. That was yesterday. I got back home today turn the TV on and all I see is lines going up and down and well as even the menus so I can’t see anything and can only hear the sound. That is happening from all off the sources like (cable / video / DVD ) inputs. There is sound but no video. Can some body help me with that problem? Philips support no help at all except saying return it ..but it not that easy to return 55†TV. Please help.

Mike,

I really have no help, but I feel your pain so I am just trying to move your post up to a better viewing area!! At first it sounded like the wrong type of input (4801, 1080i, 720p) but it makes no sense that it shows up on every type of input. Good Luck!!
