Hello - I just got this TV. Its sweet, but the fleshtones are way too red/pink. Should I return the TV for another unit or will they all have this symptom?

Is this something that I should call Sony as a warranty-related problem?

How can I find the instructions to access the service mode to reduce this 'red push?'

Has anyone else tried to fix this on the KVxx-FV310 models??

Tx in advance - Mike

Do you mean KVxx-FS310?

Sorry for the confusion, I was mistaken, it is FV instead of FS. I have an FS210 which I thought might be close enough to yours to give some input. But I guess I can't. Good luck.

Concerned,

You'll need to enter the Service Menu to fix the "red push" problem. I can't be much help in this area, but read all you can about it before attempting the fix. There's been many posts on this Forum regarding the Sony Service Menu, w/links to other sources, etc. Another thing, you should buy the Avia HT DVD to calibrate your TV. Again, lots of info about the Avia DVD in these Forums.
