I recently took delivery of my first large screen tv (Hitachi 51f510). Everything is great, awesome picture, loving the set. However, there are a couple of tiny...and I mean TINY (likeabout the size of a 1/3 of a grain of rice) 'marks' on the screen (they are definitely behind the protective plastic screen and ON the actual inside screen). They are completely unnoticeable from a reg viewing distance, I just happened to notice them while dusting the set one day. The look sort of red-ish, but they don't move, they appear to be tiny flaws inthe screen.
I went to Best Buy and looked right up close on several other CRT RP tv's and I noticed similar spots (to varying degrees) on a few other sets. Is this something I should exchange the set over? Has anyone else noticed this? As I said, you'll only notice this from literally INCHES away from the screen.
Thanks in advance for any answers....I've been lurking on this forum for quite a while, great info from some of you.
