Hi. Over night my XP based system has developed an odd quirk. When I select shutdown, it atually RESTARTS. This is very annoying. Any idea as to what may be causingthis....I have looked at the obvious, so now lets hear the NOT SO OBVIOUS..

No I have not installed anything for weeks...that is why I am soooooo confused.
