Please help with my Infinity speaker setup

1028 Views 3 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  markwriter
I recently purchased an infinity 5.1 tss-1200 speaker set direct from Infinity (ebay). The setup alone sounds really good, but I think it is lacking a little in the midrange. Would it be a good idea to purchase two floorstanding Infinity P362 speakers and use the old ones in the rear for 7.1? My receiver is a Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K.

It would definitely sound better. As long as you have the space I'd say go for it!

You'll probably need to upgrade your center channel too as the p362 will overwhelm the little TSS-1200 center.

Anyone?

It's worth it to get the P362's. Go for it! I have 360's (and some Revel F32's as my reference) and I think they're great -- one of the great speaker values today.
