For the life of me I cannot get WinHex to write to my disk. I have two drives, the original 40G and the WD120G. Both are fully unlocked and Zeroed. They can bothe be read by WinHEx but when I try to change data then write I get a write error.


Please Help?

I'm assuming you used this version of WinHex to zero the drives? If so, WinHex is OK but it sounds as if you're using a non-full (evaluation) version. These have a 200K maximum write limit.
