They are comparable setups, its all about listener preferences. The Polk will most likely have a brighter sound while the energy is more neutral or laid back.

I suggest you try to listen to them before purchasing to determine which characteristics you like better.

I am looking at similar systems right now. Its surprisingly hard to find alot of good feedback on these.

I think I am going with a polk system, but I am looking at the rm10. I have been comparing them with the rm75 and cant see anything that is tremendously better on the rm75 other than its a newer model. I was looking at the rm75 at crutchfield for $299, and the rm10 at newegg for $199. I like that the rm10 has 5way binding posts and 3.5" woofers compared to the rm75 spring clips and 2.5 woofers, plus the obvious price difference.

just fyi, crutchfield is having a sale that ends today I believe. If you buy a polk speaker system like rm75 you get $100 off any polk sub, so you can get an rm75 and psw10 for $350 which is nice.

anyone have input on the difference between rm75 and rm10?

thanks
