You can probably use any entry level receiver with those speakers. I would recommend you check out the Pioneer VSX-S520 since the specs on the satellites recommend a lower powered receiver. Here is a link to the company site but you will probably get a better price from a third party vender.

In your budget range you can also get a step-up receiver for your setup since having more power than you need is a usually a good thing as long as you don't listen at insanely loud level and blow your speakers. the advantage of a better receiver is that it will be able to drive better speakers if you ever decide to upgrade to higher quality speakers in the future.
