Hi

I'm in the upgrading my HT, I'll replace almost everything, current setup is Pioneer andrew jones LCR, DIY sealed 15" sub paired with 100W amp, and Denon 1613 receiver.

For the upgrade I'll get a Pioneer VSX-LX503 or 303 depends and black Friday specials, for speakers I like how Andrew Jones sound so I'll be using Elac B6.2 and C6.2, the current front speaker will go as surround speakers.

But i want to try dual sub config this time, I already integrate the sub in the whole decoration and stand as you can see in the attached picture. Room is big, but TV area is not (details in the attached picture to).

My budget for both subs is $600, so I narrow it down to this 2 options Polk HTS12 Use to cost about $450, good reviews and really like the looks, or Bic that have really great reviews to, what would you get in my position, or are there any other options in this price range and quality?

To be frank, I’m not sure you’ll get the best performance from ANY subs that are built into a cabinet. They perform best where they perform best, not where they look best. Another thing, putting ported sub in a cabinet is not a good idea either. Also, keep in mind they see the whole space not just the listening area so remember to consider room volume. With that though, iirc the Dayton 1200 is a great little budget sub too, and probably better than either of the other two.

Cabinet will be around subs, I can give subs more space if needed, because cabinet is custom build, I know placement is really important for subs, but TWF is really important in placement.
IMHO that doesn't sound like a good idea.

Have you thought about a infinite baffle build? Or a vbss in a side table?
Not my set up but from another member.

What about dual VBSS's? Are you trying to build something into the cabinet?
I modified the picture to show my idea with more detail, brown area is the cabinet, white hatch are the subs, the space under cabinet is empty open air where I'm gonna put the subs. Cabinet and subs will not touch.

I wouldn't do that, in bold (in a cabinet?); and probably a tier or three up in sub for that space.

I'd probably go with the Polks since they have a down firing port. As for enough sub for the space for the frequency range of the Polk, low to mid 20hz in room response you'll be fine. It seems you'll be sitting fairly close so you'll get a good experience with most content which is above 30hz anyway. Total room size is only really a factor when trying to get usable output under 20hz.
Since you are custom building the entertainment center, I also see how this could incorporate two DIY subs (VBSS, JBL $30 12", HSU close out 12 with $100 plate amp). The VBSS is about $500 in parts, the JBL and HSU options would likely be less. You would get considerably better bass with lower extension going DIY. If that isn't an option, the HTS12 is a much better sub from what I have seen. I had a Bic PL200 v 1 and it was ok but not much extension. I've also had the Dayton Sub 1000 and 1500 which are decent.

Building the subs is another option, but I have been out of building that I don't know about good speakers and boxes, If i can find a building plan with a 12" sub that fits into 19"x19" y could build the subs.

Is it 19"x19" squared? Is there any wiggle room on the size? If squared, that is just about 3 cft with port and driver. I expect the 12" Dayton Audio HO series would model well in that size. I have used the 12" JBL and HSU in about 3.5 cft and it works well there. Mine is tuned to 20 hz to cover most of the sub range so 3 cft would be acceptable as well with more of a rising curve towards the crossover point.
Yes, I can add a few inches in both dimensions, maybe 22x22.

If you go with an enclosure at 20x20x20, that should give you ~3.5 cft internal. Next, pick up two of these https://www.parts-express.com/precision-port-4-flared-speaker-cabinet-port-tube-kit--268-352
Two of either of these: https://www.parts-express.com/hsu-research-vtf-3-250-watt-subwoofer-plate-amplifier--299-4036
https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-spa250-250-watt-subwoofer-plate-amplifier--300-803
And two of these: https://www.parts-express.com/hsu-research-v-pf-12100lp-12-subwoofer--299-4020

If you use the HSU plate amp, these would be ran in 20 hz mode. Here is a picture of the 3.5 ft enclosure I mentioned. I am using the SPA250 and I am very pleased with the results. I did mine down firing for driver protection, aesthetics (ignoring the finish :) ) and improved tactile response.
