I am of the mind that the Polk LSI9's are basically the same speaker as the LSI 15 and 25 with the exception of the added 8" Sub on the 15's and 10" powered sub on the 25's. Do I have this right, and do they sound pretty much the same? If not, please square me away.

Also what would you think of a Polk VM20 as a center channel with any of the above? The size of the VM20 is perfect for the space I have. The LSIc is to big and blocky as with most other centers in my opinion.

The LSiC is the only center to go with the LSi series speakers. You will not have a seamless front soundstage if you go with another center channel.

You are basically correct about the LSi 15's and 25's.

The 9's have a different crossover point than the 15's or 25's. (basically the 5.25" woofers have to dig quite a bit deeper on the 9's than they do on the towers.)

I think they do sound a little different - but up to you which one sounds better.
