I am planning aceiling installation of a G 90,PSS-90 mount; with a Stewart 150 microperf,16:9, 96"X54" screen. PJCalc figures the distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the screen at 70". Does this include the mount??

Also I read in the Screen Forum archives that WM recomends a closer mounting position than PJCalc calls for..The Program calls for a distance between the lens and screen to be 129". WM are you there?? Or can anyone else help???

I have been studying the install manual page 14, but it is for a 4:3 screen.

I just got an e-mail from Sony. They said the maximum throw angle for the G90 is 20 deg. Will I loose brightness at a steeper angle? My other option is to use a lift to lower the projector so I can keep the -13.6 throw angle.

You should search the CRT forum for more information on the placement of the G90. I have a G90 and did not use the calculations from PJCalc, which are intended for a 4X3 screen. Thanks for the post. I will e-mail wm. I read the thread, and believe that wm is the man to solve the "throw dilemma".
