Okay, I currently own a 50" GWII that has a slight ghosting problem, but not too bad. It has been kind of annoying me as of late and my friend's brother wants to buy it from me for $2500-$3000 (he isn't bothered by the ghosting).

Should I take him up on this offer and upgrade or should I just stick with my current setup?

I have been considering the Panasonic PT-50LC13 for its PC support. I know there are tons of threads like this, but I would like to know how it stacks up compared to the GWII. Sorry about this, but most of the posts compare them to the GWIIIs.

Also, to be perfectly honest, I would love to buy a Samsung DLP, but I need component support from 480i to 1080i.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated, so thanks in advance.

If you can actually sell it for 2500-3000...do it now. You would be ripping him off though. At worst you would basically be trading it up for this year's models....which are also in that price range.

Yeah, that's another thing I wanted to take into consideration. I don't want to rip him off. I also forgot to mention that I will give him the stand, but the glass is broken, so that isn't worth too much. I also have the extended service plan from Circuit City. Do you know if I could transfer that into his name there?

But, anyway, what would be a good price to charge him?
