Hi guys, I'm searching for a decent but not to expensive power conditioner with battery back-up but there a lot of options out there, the first 2 that caught my eye were the:

It will be used to connect the AVR, TV, subwoofer, XBox 360, PS3, and the PC. Any other suggestion are welcome!

If it is mainly for riding out brief outages I would get just a normal APC BackUps unit of the appropriate wattage. I would not put the subwoofer on it, btw (too much power draw and too little benefit). If you plan on using the stuff whilst on battery, a SmartUps has cleaner output when running on battery (but costs about 2x). You can pick the BackUps units up at WalMart, BestBuy, office supply stores, etc. Watch for sales...
