Hi All,

I installed a Single Solution PowerBridge behind my Panny plasma last year after reading the many informative posts on the forums. It worked well until I bought the new Samsung ultra thin plasma last weekend. The Samsung's have a right angle power cord which can't fit into the centered receptacle. I'm hoping there's a workaround so I don't have to remove the setup and start over. Has anyone swapped out the receptacle behind the tv with a recessed double or standard receptacle?

I would only use one plug, but I'm concerned there won't be sufficient power to the unit if a double outlet is installed.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Installing a standard duplex outlet there will have nothing to do with how much power can get to the TV.

Home Depot sells recessed or "clock" outlets that are duplex outlets for like $12 IIRC. I have used a few of them on some tight TV installs at my place.
