Tony:

Thanks for the information.

The CyberLink Q&A document states the following:

Quote:
I have a copy of PowerDVD now and would like to upgrade to PowerDVD XP 4.0. What are my options?

If you currently own PowerDVD 2.5, 2.55 or 3.0, you can upgrade to PowerDVD XP 4.0 as of November 12th, 2001. We will have three different upgrade options available, ranging from $19.95 to $39.95, and will make an announcement via the CyberLink Newsletter when they are available.

Will ************* be handling the upgrades as well as first time purchases?

Thanks.

Greeting,

************* will only handle first time buyer. For upgrade option, please refer to those plan offer by CyberLink. thank you!

In addition, there is a new product available here in Hong Kong now which can accept Video signal in Composite / S-Video and convert it to 1024 x 768, 800x600, etc resolution and refresh rate of 60Hz and it has 2-3 Pulldown for film element. ************* will evaluate its performance and let you guys know. If it work fine, it is a good solution for friends who own a fix panel projector (DLP, LCD, etc) and need to display ordinary video signal.

Regards
