My boss asked me if I can bring my Radoen VE based HTPC to work and hook up with his projector and see how a DVD movie would look. I have my HTPC setup with my Pioneer 53" RPTV using Powerstrip 1080i HDTV standard, but am not familiar with the NEC model.


What can I do in just a few minutes to set them up? What is the optimum Powerstrip resolution should I use, I plan on playing Gladiator DVD. Keep in mind that I have a Radeon VE card. Sound is not critical, we will just run PC speakers. Thanks in advance.

I use 1024x768 / 32 bit color / 75MHz refresh -- works great.

I would just set your Radeon to the native resolution of the projector (1024x768?) and not worry about Powerstrip.
