Is the ability to set custom resolutions with Powerstrip (such as 852x480) a function of the software version (shareware v. registered) or the video card itself?


I have a ATI AIW Pro AGP 8 MB card and am considering a move to an ATI Radeon 7200 or 7500 if it is required.
