Hello Everyone,

I'm new member here, this is a amazing forum for home theatre lover. I'm currently have problem with the resolution setting. Would anyone help me out ? Thanks in advance.

My HTPC config :

Intel 2.4G

512MB DDR400 Ram

Holo3D I card (SDI input)

ATi Radeon 9200 display card (DVI-D output)

Powerstrip ver 3.4

Projector : Mitsubishi D1208 DLP (DVI-D input)

Max resolution : 1280 x 576

The problem is : I have tried the custom resolution in Powerstrip (1280x576) bu my projector doesn't support (no signal). It works fine under the resolution 1024x768 60hz

I also tried 1280x720 60hz, projector did recongnise the signal. Howeve

there are many "chorma bugs" (blinking blue color pixels). Does anybody can help me.

Please..............................

First, welcome and congrats on your first post! :)

After digging around the net, I noted that your projector max res is really 1024x576. It can accept a 1024x768 signal, but I bet it converts it to 1024x576 since it's 16:9 fixed-ratio machine.

There are more people with powerstrip experience in the HTPC forum. Folks in this forum tend to have more experience with stand-alone video processors than HTPCs. You may have better luck finding someone in there who has first-hand knowledge of powerstrip settings that work best for your projector.

Good luck!
