Hi there,

I am trying to connect my PC to my PLV60 projector. I have downloaded Powerstrip but I don't know what settings to use for "pixel perfection". Can someone please post the optimal Powerstrip settings for this projector?

Thx.

Those numbers work for me. Make sure that you have "auto-detect" off for your monitor. Note that the colors/brightness, etc. will probably need adjustment when going into the RGB inputs, so direct comparision between the picture on other inputs will reveal differences. Also note that your player may have video adjustments as well that need to be tweaked for optimum picture.

The picture on my SE-20HD is beautiful with an HTPC. This should keep me happy until the PLV-80 comes out :D

Darrel When you say auto detect off for monitor you want say in the projector ?

And how software you use for play dvds powerDvd or other

and you setup the brignees and contrast only in the ati setup or too in the powerdvd setup.

Is my third time than I try to get the best image with htpc and the third time than I do not are quite satisfaid.

I see more detail but I see less contrast and the blaks and whites lose strong.

You have notice of this the first time than you run the projector with HTPC.

Sorry by my inglis I need make a bonus effort for express all I want to say with the little shades.

Javier,

I mean the Windows monitor auto detect. That's in the properties of the Monitor Settings. It actually reads detect Plug and Play on this system, but might vary.

I use TheaterTek, having tried a few others, this player works fine for me. I use XP Pro for my HT, PowerStrip and Girder with my Radeon 7200. I use Avia to set it up and get a really good picture, nice blacks (I have a dark gray painted wall), and plenty of brightness.

Darren,

You tweak the color, contrast .... in the setup of ATI or on the software player(theatertek).

You spend a lot of time for obtain the first wow picture with htpc.

And you Know if the input by bnc conectors for rgbhw is like the vga 15 pin conector?

I got the cables for this input in the ceiling but no for vga and for put the Htpc behind of amplifer when y purchase the HTPC and this are the last place, now test with the htpc near to plv-60.
